Step 1: Create a disk with a CD/DVD or USB
Run this software on another PC, and choose CD/DVD or USB Flash Drive to burn the disk.
Step 2: Boot-locked PC
Put the locked PC into the Windows Preinstallation Environment mode, and choose the burned disk in step 1 to boot the locked PC.
Step 3: Reset the Windows password
Select the account you wish to reset the password for, click Reset Password, and then reboot your PC to remove the Windows password.
